職責
The Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF) has been established in June 2019 with full collaboration amongst the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Securities and Futures Commission, the Insurance Authority and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. As a subsidiary of the HKMA, the AoF will serve two functions: (i) as a centre of excellence for developing financial leadership; and (ii) as a repository of knowledge in monetary and financial research, including applied research. The AoF research activity is carried through the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR). There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position of the HKIMR:
Co-ordinator (HKIMR)
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate conferences and workshops including planning, preparing materials, maintaining filing system, arranging logistics, providing on-site support and other tasks assigned by supervisors
- Assist in implementing publicity and social media projects

- University degree preferably in communications, hospitality or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
- Experience in administering social media platforms and publicity preferred
- Knowledge of infographic design, video shooting and editing, animation production and photo retouching preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required
(Selected candidate will be seconded from the HKMA to work in the HKIMR.)

- Successful candidate will be appointed on fixed contract terms.
